How does it work?

Simply click on the product you'd like to subscribe to, and select the subscription option.

Pick the frequency you'd like your chosen product(s) to be delivered at, and click add to basket.

We'll then apply your discount and look after the rest.

You can change or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or emailing hello@grassandco.com.

Click on the account icon found in the top right hand corner of our site, you will be directed to page shown to the right.

Underneath the standard login boxes you will find the option to manage subscriptions, which we've circled in red. Click this option and you will be directed to the subscription login page.

Subscription FAQs

Where do I login to make changes to my subscription?

Click on the account icon at the top right hand corner of our website. This will take you to a login page, underneath the standard login boxes you will find the option to "manage subscriptions". Click this option and you will prompted to login to manage your subscription.

Can I cancel my Subscription?

Yes you can. Simply log into your account area and click on the manage subscription option. Here you'll be able to cancel, pause or skip an order within your subscription. Alternatively email hello@grassandco.com

What discount do you offer?

Subscription customers will save 15% on all orders.

Are my bank details secure?

Yes, we use third party payment processors who store your details in a digital vault for the purpose of your subscription. Grass & Co. will never be able to access your card details.

Can I edit my subscription?

Yes, simply login to your account area. There you'll be able to skip, swap, pause and add products to your subscription.

I can't change my subscription by myself, please help?
